Palmolive Fresh Sponge Kit Review

**Please note this product was given to me complimentary for testing purposes from Colgate-Palmolive via Influenster.com**

The Kit <3

What comes in the kit-PLUS coupons!!
Here is my 7 day review on this product. I give it 5 out of 5 stars, meaning I would buy this product and I recommend it to others that have their hands in the sink as much as I do; or to those that are so familiar with the 'smelly sponge'.

Day 1. April 9th, 2012: Got to use my Palmolive Fresh sponge kit today. Super excited to test out this product.  I also sniffed the sponge, smells nice & new :) The soap smells nice (Naturally I sniff the top of the Palmolive bottle as I open it).  The soap reminds me of spring and a fruit-not sure what 'exact' scent but thats what I thought of when I smelled it. The pan I washed first was a non-stick (black coating) style frying pan. We had cooked a gumbo style meal in it (Kielbasa, sauce, pasta, etc). Cleaned the pan great! Let's see how the sponge smells tomorrow. (I rinsed the sponge with hot water, rung it out and let it air dry).

Day 2, April 10th, 2012: Sponge was dry this morning-smells like it did yesterday! New! Cleaned Tuna Helper off a non-stick pan. Cleans great still. Let's see how the sponge is holding up tomorrow (and smelling).

Day 3, April 11th, 2012: Last night was apparently a busy one, I totally forgot to rinse the sponge out and let it air dry last night. It was wet when I used it today, but when I sniffed it, it still smelled clean. I was a little surprised, especially since last night I cleaned up Tuna Helper. So far this product is meeting up to my standards, I use a dishwasher but I also hand clean a lot of dishes! I am always looking for new products, anything to make the job easier & better to do.

Day 4, April 12th, 2012: Sponge is holding up great! I decided to see how long it will go wet before it starts to smell mil-dewy/moldy. So I will no longer be rinsing or drying the sponge out the night of use. Let's push this soap/sponge to the max limits and see how well it will continue to smell great and work. Well the sponge still smells like the first day I used it. Normally by this point most sponges start to carry a scent of the things it has been used to clean but so far this sponge is still going strong. It's really taking on the challenge.

Day 5, April 13th, 2012: Sponge is still kicking it out! I just washed a pan & my daughters highchair tray. I used it to clean eggs, blueberry pancakes and syrup up. Sponge still smells fresh, holding together really well. Keep in mind I stopped rinsing and drying the sponge out so it stays wet throughout the night until the next time I use it.

Day 6, April 14th, 2012: I am really impressed by this soap! Palmolive has made a great product. I am really enjoying it. The soap works great to cut through grease on my pans and at the same time keep the sponge clean and smelling fresh.

Day 7, April 14th, 2012: Today is the last day of my 7 day review. The Palmolive Fresh soap is a really great product that will clean your dishes and keep your sponges or whatever you use to wash dishes with, cleaner than without using this product. I have a few coupons for this product-if anyone wants me to send you a coupon for FREE comment or let me know :)

I am writing this blog on April 23rd, 2012 and the sponge still smells great. I wanted to wait a few days after my 7 day review to see how well it is doing. The sponge is now a little bit 'slimy' feeling but that is because it has stayed wet since I stopped rinsing it out in Day 4 of my 7 Day review. The amazing part is that the sponge still smells great considering how wet it has stayed. Normally I soak a sponge in hot water and put it in the microwave for about 30 seconds or so to clean it and kill the germs. I haven't done any of that since I started using this product, and I use it daily. I highly recommend any viewers I have or readers to give this product a try. I am happy I was able to try this product out, it was a great opportunity for me and I have enjoyed reviewing it.

Mizani Hair Oil Treatment Review

What kind of stuff do you guys put on your hair? Do you color it? Do you use oils or conditioner? Leave in sprays? I would LOVE to hear what you guys do with/for your hair :)

I just tried some oil by Mizani. I got it from a friend to try (Thank ya Cindy!)     <3     It's a hair treatment with 8 pure oils 99% naturally derived. It also says its for all hair types.

I put it on my hair while it was dry, right before I took a shower. I've never really used an oil on my hair before so this was a totally new experience for me.

My hair soaked it up and felt so smooth afterwards-even after I washed it (with shampoo!). It just simply felt healthier. The oil smells pretty good to (in my opinion).

Would I recommend this product: Yes
Would I buy this product for future use : Yes

Here are some photos of me with the oil in my hair.

*Yes that is Hello Kitty on my cover up/robe*

Thanks for stopping by & reading my review.

Influenster-What influences ME

Hello lovlies! So yesterday night I found a neat website from a friend (Jennifer Singleton) on Facebook. She is like a true makeup guru and sales it too. But anyways, she made a post on Facebook about : http://www.influenster.com/ .

This website will send you products to test and then you go on the website to write your reviews. How fun is that!? So, I haven't gotten any products to test yet (btw so far it is all totally free) but one of the products they have on their Review pages I had tried.

The product was Truvia Natural Sweetner. My mother had some in a small jar and I used it in my coffee. It was so good! I liked it a lot more than Spelnda or even plain on sugar. If I bake I still use sugar but for other things like my morning coffee it has to be Truvia.

Pink Zebra-is in my house!!!

Hi my lovlies! I just wanted to share with you all that I recently joined up with Pink Zebra. I have tried various other independent sales consultant style business's and either couldn't find enough interest because the market for that particular sales brand/line was overly saturated or people I knew just weren't interested. I vowed I would never do something like that again but I have to say Pink Zebra stole my heart. I'm totally hooked!

Why I joined Pink Zebra: I did some research on Pink Zebra and it is a very new direct sales company. The market for Pink Zebra is wide open-right now I think there is maybe a little over 600 consultants. This is a very good time to be a part of Pink Zebra. I also wanted to provide an income for my family (I currently stay at home and go to college at night full time). I wanted a job that would allow me to be home with my kids yet still bring in an income. I set my own hours which I love. You can also hold hosted parties, parties on the go or even an E-party (which is what I am currently doing right now). If you want to check out the E-party the link is : https://www.pinkzebrahome.com/party/1469

This is what the Sprinkles look like.
What are some of the products of Pink Zebra: My favorite product (and the product that got me to fall in love with Pink Zebra) are the Sprinkles. What I love about the sprinkles is that I can totally control the wax content in my warmers. I can have as much or as little as I like, before with other products it was just a big glob of wax and it was hard to get it all out without it dripping down the sides of my warmer and onto my furniture or carpet. With the Sprinkles I don't have that problem anymore because I have control over the amount. I generally use about 2 tablespoons of sprinkles in my Pink Zebra warmers & it is so easy to clean up & the house smells so wonderful! I also like that with the Sprinkles I can add them to Pink Zebra candles or I can even use them in the Pink Zebra Glimmer Candle kit and make my own candle. You can mix & match the Sprinkles for your own concoction of scents OR you can use the Sprinkles by them self and just enjoy the one fragrance. There are over 40 different fragrance/scents of the Sprinkles-possibilities are endless! Pink Zebra also sales Simmer pots (which do not require a light bulb), they also have a simmering light base that does require a light bulb but they have various shades you can purchase and use to switch up your look. Pink Zebra carries hand lotion, hand soap & dish soap. I want to get a set of these for both bathrooms & the kitchen :) I'm very excited about Pink Zebra-like you can't already tell!

Benefits of using Pink Zebra: All Pink Zebra products are made in America which helps provide jobs for people in the US, between working at the company to produce the products or becoming a direst sales representative . The wax used is called Soft Soy (they use soy beans produced in the US). This type of wax is responsible, renewable & sustainable earth friendly wax (Eco-friendly). It is a cleaner burning wax & a consistent product. It burns approximately 30% longer & maximizes fragrance (The Sprinkles are designed to deliver up to 50% more fragrance then an average candle). I have 2 dogs, 1 cat, 1 sugar glider (exotic with his own smell LOL) & 1 winter hamster. Can you tell I have pets when you come in my house? Nope not until you see them. All you can smell is the Pink Zebra products I use.

Pink Zebra has it's own charity called HEROES. Helping, Encouraging, Rewarding & Obtaining Education for Single Moms. "The mission of HEROES is by supporting single moms by donating days of daycare to these heroes in our society who through their many selfless sacrifices provide their children with love in ways too numerous to count. We help families in your community to fulfill their dreams of a better life. Pink Zebra goal is to donate 1,000,000 days of daycare in 10 years." <--This is straight from the Spring/Summer 2012 catalog.  Pink Zebra donates a day of daycare for every 500$ + party. Let's help Pink Zebra exceed their goal of 1,000,000 days of daycare in 10 years. I am a mother and I know how much daycare costs. When I was in the Air Force I paid around 275 a week for my son to go to daycare. It really starts to add up! I think this is a great charity for Pink Zebra to be doing, especially because I am a mother who at one time has paid daycare expenses and knows how hard it can be to work & pay the daycare bills.

Want to host a party? Like Pink Zebra so far? Want to get free products OR become a consultant yourself? Make your own hours and still bring in an income? I'm here every step of the way to help you & the Pink Zebra team is very supportive & encouraging.

A shot of my Deluxe Kit-This isn't everything either
You can get started to become a consultant for as little as $99.00. When I joined I went all out and purchased the deluxe starter kit which includes a zebra luggage bag & a matching purse (hello statement maker) :)

Please feel free to contact me here or on the website. You can call, text, email-whatever is more comfortable for you.
